ELAK AB is an established electrical engineering company with over 100 employees and headquarters in Uppsala. We are now expanding to Gotland, where we already have four full-time employees and several long-term projects. After the summer, we will open our new office in Visby. We specialize in total contracts and carry out everything from minor renovations to larger contracts and partnering projects. With our own design department, we offer efficient holistic solutions throughout the entire project process. Our customers include large national construction and property companies, municipalities, regions, housing developers, and local businesses. About the role

As an Installation Technician, you will play a key role in our projects on Gotland. You will be responsible for carrying out and ensuring the installation work on-site according to plan and quality requirements, while collaborating closely with project management and your team.

You will be introduced to the ELAK model – our way of working to create profitable projects, high quality, and satisfied employees. At the same time, we expect you to contribute your own ideas and experience to develop working methods and efficiency in the installation work.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience as an installation technician in the electrical industry
• Have experience with practical on-site installation work
• Are engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues
• Are meticulous and can follow drawings and work descriptions
• Have good technical understanding and can read drawings and work descriptions
• Have relevant qualifications and training in electricity
