ELAK AB is an established electrical engineering company with over 100 employees and headquarters in Uppsala. We are now expanding to Gotland, where we already have four full-time employees and several long-term projects. After the summer, we will open our new office in Visby. We specialize in general contracting and carry out everything from minor renovations to large-scale contracts and partnering projects. With our own design department, we offer efficient total solutions throughout the entire project process. Our customers include large national construction and property companies, municipalities, regions, housing developers, and local businesses. About the role

As a Lead Electrician, you will be a key player in our projects on Gotland. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the electricians' work on-site, ensuring that the work is carried out according to plan and quality requirements, and acting as a link between project management and the electrician team.

You will be introduced to the ELAK model – our working method for creating profitable projects, high quality, and satisfied employees. At the same time, we expect you to contribute your own ideas and experience to develop working methods and efficiency in installation work.

We are looking for someone who

• Has extensive experience as an electrician in the electrical industry
• Has experience leading and coordinating work on-site
• Is engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoys working in a team and supporting your colleagues
• Is structured and can plan and follow up on work on-site
• Has good technical understanding and can read drawings and work descriptions
• Has relevant qualifications and training in electrical work
• Wants to influence and develop a growing business
