Bromangymnasiet is one of the country's largest integrated upper secondary schools, with 1,400 students and approximately 200 employees, offering a wide range of programs and specializations. Bromangymnasiet aims to be a meeting place for students where, through active learning, they acquire solid knowledge and thereby a strong belief in the future.

Responsibilities

Teach economic subjects and potentially other subjects within the Business Program.

• Mentorship
• Class Teacher (Homeroom Teacher)
• Motivate and guide students to achieve good academic results, goal fulfillment, and knowledge development, as well as monitor students' development, grades, and attendance.
• Actively contribute to the school's overall development and take responsibility for ensuring the operations meet their goals.

As a person, you are creative and open to new ideas and feedback. You are loyal, receptive, and have a high sense of responsibility.

You take initiative, structure your tasks through planning and prioritization, and meet deadlines. You handle varying workloads and periods of high pressure and fast-paced work.

You must be able to work both independently and in a team. You are solution-oriented without cutting corners. You communicate clearly and have excellent command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Your Profile

You are a certified teacher with eligibility to teach at the upper secondary level in Business Administration and other economic subjects. We would appreciate if you are also certified in other subjects. You are an engaged teacher with clear leadership skills that create a sense of security in the classroom. You have experience with mentorship and a coaching approach.

About the Administration

We teach children to read, calculate, and discover the world around them. Here, we follow our youngest residents from preschool until they graduate from upper secondary school. Through our adult education, one can learn Swedish as a second language, take individual courses, or pursue longer education. With joy, commitment, participation, and a scientific foundation, we aim to increase knowledge, creativity, development, and the desire to learn. At our school, all children, young people, and adults should feel that they can, want to, and dare to! Together, we are the Learning Administration – part of Hudiksvall Municipality.
