As a nurse with us, you help people live a more independent life. With the help of your competence, you create conditions for other people to live a dignified and good life, all based on their own needs and conditions. You work in a team together with other professions to provide the best possible service to our clients. As an expert in your field, you also mentor other staff and delegate tasks as needed.

YOUR COMPETENCE

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who are passionate about helping people within elderly care and disability services. For you to thrive with us, it is important that you feel confident in mentoring other staff. Therefore, it is positive if you have previous experience from elderly care and disability services.

Since you will work as the sole nurse during night shifts, it is important that you take initiative and have the courage to make decisions and follow your convictions. You also need to be able to collaborate well with others and delegate tasks as needed. Therefore, it is important that you are clear in your communication and ensure that your message gets across.

It is also important that you can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. Sometimes you have several processes going on at the same time, and then you need to be able to balance them well. You therefore need the ability to prioritize and adapt your work based on the prevailing conditions. We believe that you trust both your own and your colleagues' abilities, as together you have enormous competence and skill.

• Category B Driver's License

As a nurse in Vindeln Municipality, you work with all units within elderly care and disability services. You will become part of an ambitious and knowledgeable work group, characterized by warmth and care. The work group includes both experienced colleagues and employees who are newer to the profession.
