Knutpunkten, the Unit for Business and Competence

Knutpunkten targets individuals of working age who need support from collaborative authorities before establishing or re-establishing themselves on the labor market. The operation aims, among other things, to shorten the path for individuals to the labor market, studies, and self-sufficiency through collaboration between relevant authorities. We work with a solution-focused approach, grounded in empowerment, and we consider the individual's entire needs.

We are now looking for a supervisor (mentor) for our operations at Knutpunkten.

Your responsibilities

The supervisor's role includes inspiring, motivating, and guiding participants. As a supervisor, you have process responsibility for a number of individuals and ensure they have a cohesive plan from start, through implementation, to conclusion. Knutpunkten offers guidance, group activities, internships, and training according to individual planning.

The operations are located at Edholmsgatan in Västervik, and you will be part of the existing team within Knutpunkten.

Your qualifications

We expect you to have a university degree in behavioral science/social work or equivalent. We place high value on personal qualities.

Experience working in collaboration between different authorities with an understanding of the various regulations governing public authorities is meritorious. You have a strong commitment to people who need support to move forward towards the labor market or education. You are comfortable leading in groups and making new contacts. High demands are placed on communication, sensitivity, empathy, and teamwork. You need to be confident in documentation.
