Press Kogyo is a successful engineering company with major Japanese investors. We work with sheet metal ranging from 1.5 to 18 millimeters in thickness, and we are world leaders in our field.

Our owner is the global Japanese conglomerate Press Kogyo, one of Japan's largest sub-suppliers, with factories in Japan, Thailand, the USA, China, Indonesia, and Oskarshamn. We are a complete subcontractor for sheet metal components, adapted for small, medium, and large series.

In Oskarshamn, we have 160 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 500 million SEK.

About the job

We are looking for employees for our various workshop departments.

We are recruiting laser operators, welders, press operators, painters, forklift drivers, and robot operators.

The work varies depending on the department but includes, among other things, monitoring machines and robots, material replenishment, finishing, packing, quality control, and forklift operation. You will often have individual responsibility for your machine or position, but you will receive support and guidance from your colleagues.

Person profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and structured. As a person, you are technically interested, a quick learner, and meticulous. You are unpretentious, flexible, and have good teamwork skills.

Terms of employment

• Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension
