The Digital Healthcare and Care Unit is responsible for the installation and implementation of digital solutions in the home, as well as supporting the elderly in using welfare technology and digital services. We drive development work, conduct pilot projects, and coordinate processes related to digital interventions in elder care.

We are now looking for a nursing assistant who wants to take a key role in an innovative and cross-professional operation where care, technology, and collaboration meet to create increased security, participation, and independence for the elderly.

The Digital Healthcare and Care Unit currently consists of, among others, IT technicians and coordinators. As a nursing assistant, you will work closely with these professional groups and, together with other employees, help further develop the operation. The role involves developing, coordinating, and implementing digital interventions for elder care, as well as contributing your care competence to the introduction of new working methods and welfare technology solutions.

Your responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you will:

• Perform digital visits via video, chat, and other digital solutions.
• Provide support and reminders to users through digital tools.
• Introduce and guide users in the use of welfare technology at home.
• Provide advice on smart home solutions and technical adaptations.
• Troubleshoot simple technical issues.
• Handle documentation, administration, and follow-up in digital systems.
• Respond to incoming messages via digital channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize digital interventions based on users' needs, ensuring the right action is taken at the right time.
• Coordinate contacts and administrative tasks in collaboration with other professions to create an efficient and cohesive healthcare and care process.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.

About you

We are looking for someone with strong social skills who easily builds trusting relationships with colleagues, users, and partners. You are communicative and have a good ability to express yourself and provide support through various communication channels, such as phone, chat, and video calls. You enjoy working independently and take great responsibility for planning, prioritizing, and coordinating your tasks in a structured and efficient manner. At the same time, you have strong initiative, are solution-oriented, and see opportunities for improvement and development in the operation.

Since the unit conducts development work and continuously works on introducing new solutions and working methods, it is particularly important that you are flexible and can adapt to changed conditions. You have a good understanding that development is an ongoing process requiring commitment, teamwork, and an open approach. We therefore value that you are curious, unpretentious, and willing to actively contribute to the continued development of the operation. Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Requirements

• Upper secondary education as a foundation and trained as a nursing assistant.
• Experience working in elder care, home help services, home nursing, or other healthcare and care operations.
• Good digital competence and experience working in multiple IT systems simultaneously.
• Good administrative skills and experience with documentation according to current legislation.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits

• Education in administration or welfare technology.
• Experience with digital working methods within healthcare and care.
• Experience with welfare technology, such as safety alarms, digital supervision, medication dispensers, GPS alarms, or digital locks.
• Experience installing or troubleshooting technical equipment in users' homes.
• Experience providing technical guidance or training to users or colleagues.
• Experience coordinating, planning, or organizing interventions.
• Experience in change or development work.
• Experience with documentation in operational systems.
• Experience working with digital communication, such as video calls and chat.
• Knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL), the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), and relevant documentation.

Heavy lifting occurs; assistive devices must be used. Since we work in the user's home, pets and smoking may be present, so you should not be allergic.
