About the role

Nordlings El & Larm is the local Securitas Direct partner in Västernorrland. Securitas Direct is headquartered in Linköping and has, for over 30 years, helped businesses across all industries find tailored smart security solutions.

As an Alarm Technician, you will work with the installation and service of burglary alarms, camera systems, access control systems, and other security-related services. You will be part of a great team of 9 people based out of the Timrå office. Your working days will be spent on-site with customers, primarily business clients, performing installations, servicing, and maintenance.

To give you the best possible conditions for success, you will receive a thorough introduction during your first period, as well as ongoing internal training throughout your employment. During your initial time, you will work alongside an experienced Alarm Technician to gradually become more independent.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in technical work, preferably within electrical, network, or fiber optics
  • Has a strong technical interest and enjoys problem-solving
  • Hold a valid B-driver's license
  • Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as all documentation and customer communication is conducted in Swedish

It is an advantage if you:

  • Are an electrician or have experience with low-current installations
  • Have work experience from the security industry, for example within security solutions
  • Have knowledge of IT networks

Additional information:

Start: Immediately, subject to notice period

Scope: Full-time, office hours 08:00-17:00

Location: Sundsvall. Since travel is part of the role, you will be offered a company car or a benefit car.

A certificate of good conduct will be requested prior to employment.
