The role may involve occasional travel to other offices both domestically and internationally. Therefore, we consider it an advantage if you are open to this.
Responsibilities
In the role of Digital Communicator, you have operational responsibility for structuring the unit's common communication platforms. - Maintaining ongoing contact with global teams and collaborating closely with the German communicator to sync pages and messages.
- Analyzing web traffic to optimize content and conversion.
- Identifying the content the organization needs, generating interest in the channels, and developing training materials so that the platforms are easy for everyone to use.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a post-secondary degree, preferably in media and communication science or similar.
- Has previous work experience in web design and communication.
- Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English, as the tasks require it.
- Has good computer and system skills.
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
It is an advantage if you have
- Language skills in German.
- Understanding of sales and customer relations.
- Previous work experience in marketing communication.
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
- Goal-oriented – In your role, you are proactive and set goals for yourself and your work.
- Organized – You are structured in your approach to work and have the ability to plan, organize, and follow up on your tasks.
- Responsible – We see that you take responsibility for your tasks and work independently. You see what needs to be done and are happy to bring your own thoughts and ideas.
- Intellectually curious – You have a genuine interest in digital development and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and digital platforms. You are driven by understanding the business's needs and have the ability to see solutions that develop communication work forward.
