As we are in an expansion phase, we need to grow our team and are therefore looking for a Project Manager who wants to join our journey and lead and drive projects.

Project Manager at UMS Skeldar:

In this role, you will become part of our Program Management team, working on customer projects, product development, and business projects. The team, currently consisting of 14 project and program managers, has a flat hierarchy and a culture of supporting each other in our daily challenges. The team is central to the organization and collaborates closely with all departments. We work cross-functionally and view collaboration as a key to success – you will have significant opportunities to influence both working methods and strategic decisions.

As a Project Manager at UMS Skeldar, you will have a key role where you:

• Lead and drive projects from start to finish – both customer projects and internal development projects
• Ensure that project deliveries meet the right quality standards, are on time, and within budget
• Work closely with other project managers to leverage the organization's combined expertise
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the organization to drive projects forward and ensure delivery.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a university degree, are trained/certified in project management, and have relevant work experience. We would appreciate experience working as a project manager for complex development projects within the aerospace industry or equivalent high-tech development, with good knowledge of project management processes.

The position requires proficiency in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
