In this position, you will be the scientific leader of AIDA Data Hub's operations. Since the hub is a unit within SciLifeLab, you are expected to assume the role of Platform Scientific Director in SciLifeLab's organization.
Key tasks include developing and driving collaborations, not least within large-scale international research consortia, and successfully securing external grants for the hub's development. The role includes responsibility for the hub's support towards strategic partners, as well as responsibility for platform features specific to the medical application domains the hub supports. The role also includes operational work within this system development.
Your work involves following developments nationally and internationally within your field of expertise and other societal developments that are relevant to your work.
You are flexible and have the ability to move between different types of pedagogical and scientific contexts.
