At Thermia, we develop and manufacture heat pumps that utilize the natural energy from bedrock, ground, lakes, water, and air. At our headquarters in Arvika, we have approximately 360 employees working on everything from ideation to after-sales service. We have a hybrid office in Karlstad, and our sales offices are located in Örebro as well as across the Scandinavian countries. We operate in 15 countries with more than 200 dealers throughout Sweden. Since 2018, we have been owned by the German family-owned company Stiebel Eltron, which has approximately 5,000 employees.
Are you an engaged quality and improvement leader who wants to create real business value? We are now looking for a Management System Manager for our operations in Arvika!
About the role
As a Management System Manager at Thermia, you will have a central and strategically important role where you are responsible for developing, maintaining, and further developing the company's management systems. You will become a key player in our continuous work to develop our processes and contribute to ensuring high quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance throughout the organization.
In this role, you will work closely with operations and lead process improvement projects across organizational boundaries. You will combine strategic thinking with operational drive and have the opportunity to influence how we work today – and how we should work tomorrow.
Your main responsibilities
- Process mapping and improvement together with sub-process owners
- Creation and follow-up of KPIs and metrics together with sub-process owners
- Planning and coordination of internal and external audits
- Training of internal auditors
- Development and maintenance of the management system and IT tools in the area
About you
To thrive with us, we see that you are passionate about developing working methods, creating structure, and have a drive. You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, business development, industrial organization, or equivalent, along with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. The role requires documented experience in management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as knowledge of process mapping and business development. Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing industry is a merit.
As a person, you are analytical, driven, and solution-oriented. You easily build trusting relationships and have the ability to engage others in change and development work. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and are motivated by switching between strategic initiatives and operational execution.
