Your Responsibilities

As a Quality Technician at Industrilås, you will have an exciting and varied daily routine where you will develop and ensure quality throughout our entire production chain. Through a structured and preventive approach, you will contribute to identifying risks at an early stage and creating efficient processes that reduce quality defects.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Project Quality and PPAP – Lead and coordinate PPAP work in our projects and ensure that all quality documentation is produced according to customer and business requirements.
• Risk Analysis and Quality Planning – Lead and conduct FMEA, create control plans, and work according to the APQP process to ensure quality throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Measurements and Analysis – Perform product measurements and measurement analysis (MSA) and provide technical support regarding measurement technology and quality assurance.
• Preventive Quality Work – Work closely with production to identify improvement opportunities and ensure that quality risks are handled before they reach production.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Collaborate closely with design, production, purchasing, and other project members, acting as a driving force in quality issues throughout the entire development process.

Who are you?

Are you communicative, solution-oriented, and meticulous? Then you likely have good prerequisites for succeeding in this role. We want to work with you who dare to take initiative, while working in a structured manner and having a natural quality mindset. You are clear when necessary, but also have the ability to take in different perspectives and find solutions together with others. You thrive when collaborating across departmental boundaries and are someone who puts the team before the self.

You have experience from manufacturing industry within Automotive or other operations with high quality requirements. You have worked with PPAP and feel confident in leading or participating in FMEA work. If you also have experience with measurement technology, it is a big plus.

We also believe you have:

• Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
• Experience with the business system Monitor is meritorious
• Ability to work structured with documentation
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
