On behalf of our client, we are looking for a licensed specialist or senior consultant in obstetrics and gynecology for a permanent position within women’s healthcare at a modern regional hospital.

The hospital covers the entire county and offers comprehensive women’s healthcare, from obstetrics (starting at week 28 of pregnancy) and benign gynecology to gynecological oncology and advanced tumor surgery. You will be part of a highly skilled team, with the opportunity to shape your role according to your own interests and competencies.

We are looking for candidates who

• Hold an EU-recognized specialist certification in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Have broad clinical competence and experience.
• Are motivated to learn Swedish (language training provided).
• Are team-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Are interested in contributing to the continuous development of women’s healthcare services.

The position offers

• Clinical work in obstetrics and/or gynecology, including on-call duties.
• Opportunities to specialize in areas of particular interest.
• Excellent development opportunities in research, process improvement, and supervision of junior doctors.
• Work in a setting where patient care is continuous – from outpatient visits through surgery to follow-up.
• Flexible working hours (full- or part-time) and individual salary setting.
