Our colleague is moving on to a new challenge within LKAB, and we are therefore looking for her replacement. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business, contribute to attracting the right talent, and strengthen your skills in Talent Acquisition within an organization that is constantly evolving. You will become part of an engaged team consisting of 11 TA partners and a recruitment coordinator.
The sustainable transition starts with us
We are facing our biggest challenge to date – ensuring that Sweden and Europe have what is needed to make the transition. So that we can live the life we want, today and tomorrow. Just as we want to improve the future, we want to develop everyone who is with us on this journey, both personally and professionally. Do you want to help lay the foundation for the life we live and the world around us?
Your role
LKAB is undergoing a historic transition with major investments, new operations, and a growing need for competence throughout the organization. To ensure that we attract and recruit the right talent, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to help strengthen our long-term workforce planning.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you work closely with managers and business units throughout the organization and become a key person in identifying, attracting, and recruiting employees who contribute to LKAB’s future. You act as a strategic partner and advisor in recruitment matters while driving recruitment processes from need to employment.
You contribute to ensuring a professional and accurate recruitment process, create positive candidate experiences, and help the business make well-informed recruitment decisions. Through data-driven approaches, a strong business focus, and close collaboration with managers and HR, you contribute to developing both our processes and our ability to attract future talent.
Your main responsibilities:
- Strategic recruitment consulting – Support and challenge managers throughout the entire recruitment process, providing market insights, recruitment strategies, and competence advice.
- Recruitment from need to employment – Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process, including search, selection, interviews, candidate dialogue, and employment.
- Data-driven and quality recruitment work – Use data and analysis to track results, identify areas for improvement, and create conditions for well-informed recruitment decisions.
- Development of workforce planning and employer branding – Drive and contribute to initiatives and projects within workforce planning, employer branding, and the development of recruitment processes.
In this role, you will recruit both collective positions and individual employees across a broad area. You will support operations at all our sites in Sweden, which means the position involves some travel.
The location can be Gällivare/Malmberget, Kiruna, or Luleå.
What you bring with you
You are driven by creating accurate recruitments and positive candidate experiences. With a structured work approach, strong personal drive, and good collaboration skills, you successfully navigate between several parallel processes and stakeholders. You build trust quickly, challenge and support managers in their recruitment work, and see opportunities to develop both processes and ways of working to meet the business's future competence needs. You also need to have:
- Post-secondary education in HR/personnel science
- Experience working with recruitment and driving processes independently
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Category B driver's license
- Experience with ATS systems, preferably Jobylon
- Experience with employer branding work is an advantage
We warmly welcome your application!
We strive for a fair and objective recruitment process. Therefore, we usually do not ask for cover letters. Instead, we ask you to answer questions related to the specific position you are applying for. Your answers help us understand your competence and experience, so take your time to answer as clearly and thoroughly as possible.
Due to the holiday period, the selection process will begin only after the final application date. We look forward to getting back to you, but unfortunately have limited opportunities to answer questions before August 12.
