Do you want to work in one of Sweden's most modern and highly automated logistics environments – and at the same time help shape the future? Apotea is now looking for an experienced service technician for their state-of-the-art logistics center in Varberg.

In this role, you will become a key person in a service team of six, contributing to a strong team spirit where everyone collaborates and takes responsibility. You will work operationally close to the facility with maintenance and service, but also play an important role in driving structure, development, and improvement work.

The operations run 7 days a week, with service technicians divided into teams of two to cover shifts. This role will work day shifts, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00. However, there may be a need for extra hours or shift swaps in case of urgent interventions or leave.

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and service on the automation plant.
• Work with electrical diagrams, measurement, and handling of electromechanical components.
• Plan and carry out preventive and scheduled maintenance activities together with the team and manager.
• Drive improvement work to increase operational reliability, efficiency, and quality.
• Act as a technical expert and contribute to developing and coaching the service team.
• Introduce and train users in preventive inspection and correct handling of equipment.
• Engage in dialogue with external suppliers, such as SSI Schäfer, on technical matters.

• Education in electricity and automation or equivalent experience from working life.
• Several years of experience in maintenance work within automated manufacturing, production, or warehousing.
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting and automation.
• Knowledge of electricity, control, and regulation technology.
• Understanding of flow in complex systems.
• Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license.
• Basic knowledge of the Office suite.
