We are Hiring: System Owner for Infor M3 & Digitalization

We are looking for an ambitious and engaged team player with a strong interest in ERP, Infor M3 Cloud Suite, and modern Azure-based portal solutions for aftermarket and product configuration. This role combines system ownership and business development with a focus on digitalization, analytics, and long-term system management.

Your mission is to ensure that Infor M3 Cloud Edition supports KABE's operations in a stable, efficient, and data-driven manner. The role acts as the hub between operations, IT, analytics, and suppliers, enabling decision support, digitalization, and continuous improvement. The position reports to the CFO.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for business systems
• Optimize business processes in collaboration with the business unit
• Manage and maintain existing systems and integrations
• Responsible for BI and business reporting in Power BI
• Plan and coordinate testing and release management in M3 Cloud Edition
• Ensure high data quality for analysis and reporting
• Internal training and change management within ERP and portal applications

Qualifications

• Good understanding of ERP in the manufacturing industry
• Experience with Infor M3, preferably Cloud Edition
• Very strong skills in SQL and data analysis
• Experience with Power BI and business reporting
• Experience in support and troubleshooting of business systems
• Experienced project manager with a track record of analyzing and improving business processes
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

The role is closely tied to operations, and work is performed on-site within daily operations, meaning we are looking for someone living within a reasonable commuting distance.
