Your new role
We are currently looking for an experienced property law specialist or land surveyor who wants to become part of an engaged team at one of Sweden's leading players in the energy sector.
Here you will have the opportunity to work on complex and socially significant investment projects where your expertise in property law becomes a key factor in enabling future energy supply.
In this role, you will work with qualified property law issues related to larger investment projects. The tasks are varied and involve close collaboration with both internal project organizations and external stakeholders.
You will among other things:
- Contribute property law expertise in projects where new power lines and stations are planned and designed.
- Lead and manage external consultants.
- Represent the business at land surveying proceedings.
- Participate in rights investigations.
- Ensure land access and carry out property acquisitions within the project operations.
- Participate in physical consultation meetings in pipeline projects.

Scope of assignment: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Work model: Hybrid, at least 50% of working hours are performed from the office in Arenastaden.
Start: According to agreement
End: 2027-02-28, with possibility of extension
Other information: We will begin a continuous selection process. Interviews with the client are planned to take place in August.

To be successful in this role, you need:
- A university or college education of at least 180 hp (120 p) in fields such as land surveying, law with a focus on property law, civil engineering, forestry/agronomy, or other education combined with relevant experience.
- Several years of current and relevant experience working with property law issues.
- Good ability to express yourself professionally in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
- Class B driver's license.
- Advantageous: Experience with land access in infrastructure projects.
- Advantageous: Experience with property acquisitions.
- Advantageous: Experience with forestry and/or agricultural valuation.
- Advantageous: Experience with handling land surveying proceedings.
- Advantageous: Experience with GIS.
