We are currently looking for a working foreman for our client who wants to help create well-maintained, sustainable, and inspiring outdoor environments together with a responsible and engaged team. The client values commitment, drive, and the right attitude just as much as formal education. The workplace is in Norrort, with a start as soon as possible. The position is full-time.

Your Responsibilities

As a working foreman for infrastructure projects (gardening, public spaces), you have a broad area of responsibility. You are a key person for the daily work in the field. Your main tasks involve planning and leading the operations. As a working foreman, you should have good pruning skills and plant knowledge, as well as the practical skills required to ensure that all tasks are carried out correctly, both regarding safety and technique. This also includes solid knowledge of winter road maintenance.

About the Role

As a working foreman, you are responsible for driving and coordinating the work on-site while participating in the daily work yourself. You ensure that projects maintain high quality, the right pace, and that the team has the right conditions for success.

Requirements for Education and Experience

Minimum graduation from a gardening program or nature conservation program at the upper secondary level. Alternatively, other equivalent education, such as a TCYK vocational certificate with relevant practical experience. Additionally, at least 3 years of operational experience as a working foreman or equivalent is required.

• Have good social skills and a professional demeanor.
• Hold a B-driver's license (BE is a plus).

You should have good knowledge of gardening and earthworks and be accustomed to leading and distributing tasks. A manual B-driver's license is a requirement; other license classes and any operator permits are meritorious. The job also requires business-like administrative skills, computer literacy, and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. As a foreman, you need to be open and direct in your communication, good at informing and inspiring your employees, and skilled at prioritizing and collaborating.

We believe you are a person with good social competence, who is positive, responsible, independent, and skilled at planning and organizing. You should also be structured and have an easy time collaborating with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and your own staff.
