About Us

DN Gardening & Groundskeeping is a contracting company within property maintenance that has grown significantly since 2015. We work with the maintenance of outdoor environments, and our services are targeted towards public and private property companies, where we assist them with their outdoor areas.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor with us, you will be responsible for daily operations and ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and according to set goals. You will lead, coach, and motivate your team, as well as be responsible for planning, task distribution, and quality assurance.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute tasks within the team
• Plan and optimize workflows
• Be responsible for personnel planning and scheduling
• Ensure quality and efficiency in the work
• Monitor and report key figures and results
• Support and develop employees in their roles

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of relevant experience in a leadership role and familiarity with working in contracting forms
• Post-secondary education as a gardener or alternatively TCYK's professional certificate for multiple stages.
• Ability to motivate and inspire the team
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
• Good computer skills and interest in administrative work
• Category B driver's license (required)
