PARK MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER – STOCKHOLM

Are you ready to take the next step in a leadership role where you are responsible for some of Stockholm's most well-known and appreciated park environments? We are looking for an experienced, engaged, and solution-oriented team leader within gardening and park maintenance.

In this role, you will have a key position in the operations of our contracts for Stockholm City's park maintenance, including central municipal parks such as Kungsträdgården (The King's Garden) or the Norra Innerstaden district administration with Humlegården.

About the Role

Together with the site manager and other team leaders, you will:

• Plan, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance efforts to ensure work is performed according to contracts and customer expectations.
• Coordinate and lead your own staff and subcontractors in daily operations.
• Ensure high quality through supervision, follow-up, and continuous dialogue with the customer.
• Participate practically in the execution alongside the team when operations require it.
• Contribute to an engaged, secure, and efficient work team with clear goals and a good work environment.

The role also includes administrative tasks such as planning, documentation, follow-up, improvement work, participation in operational meetings, procurement handling, and calculating costs for additional work.

This is a permanent full-time position with an individual salary according to collective agreement. Winter duties include standby for snow removal. We apply a six-month probation period.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have experience, drive, and confidence in leading others. You thrive in a role where quality, customer dialogue, and clear direction of daily work are crucial for the result.

• At least two years of horticultural education or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in a leadership role within the green sector.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work even when conditions change rapidly.
• Experience working systematically with customer contact, follow-up, and documentation.
• Good computer skills and a valid B-driver's license.
