About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated seasonal greenkeeper who wants to contribute to the maintenance and high standards of our golf course during the peak season. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has an eye for detail, and thrives both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough, and other grass areas.
• Assist with daily course setup, including changing hole positions, moving tee markers, and setting up signage.
• Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment for course maintenance safely and responsibly.
• Perform ongoing maintenance tasks such as edging, trimming, raking bunkers, repairing divots and turf damage, and removing debris and branches.
• Assist with irrigation and basic maintenance of irrigation and drainage systems.
• Participate in fertilization, seeding, and other turf care activities as instructed.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
• Follow current occupational health and safety regulations and use prescribed protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Head Greenkeeper or Course Manager.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good physical fitness and willingness to perform manual labor.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible, with the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience in turf maintenance, gardening, farming, or golf course maintenance is an advantage but not required – on-site training and introduction provided.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Employment Terms

• Fixed-term seasonal employment.
