Vacancy: District Nurse/Registered Nurse Locum at Teleborg Health Centre
At Region Kronoberg, we work to ensure that people in the county can live a safe and sustainable life. Every day, we meet the residents of Kronoberg in healthcare, in public transport, and in the work with the county's development. Here, ideas are valued, there are great opportunities for development, and a working climate that is welcoming, open, and characterized by kindness.
Welcome to primary care! Our idea is simple: when you need us, we are here. Together, we create a primary care that makes a difference for generations. Primary care consists of 21 publicly run health centers, 1177, primary care rehab, family health, and 'One Way In' for children and young people with mental illness. We are a constantly developing operation, with the goal of being close to the Kronoberg resident – throughout their entire life. Our mission is to create good conditions for our patients – that the Kronoberg residents receive the right care and treatment, in good time, with the best possible competence.
We are now looking for you who want a locum position as a district nurse/registered nurse with us at Teleborg Health Centre. We actively work on developing clinical pathways for major patient groups and introducing new ways of working to be able to take care of the patients who need us most.
Teleborg Health Centre is located in a dynamic and growing area and is one of the largest health centers in Region Kronoberg with approximately 11,800 registered patients. We have patients from many different nationalities seeking care with us. Since we have an increasing number of patients who want to be registered with us, we now need to expand our team with one more nurse/district nurse. Together, we are a tightly knit team of nurses with broad competence and various specializations – now we are looking for you who want to help shape the future of close care together with us.
Here, you are part of a team consisting of doctors, district nurses/registered nurses, assistant nurses, care coordinators, rehab coordinators, and administrative staff, all working with the patient at the center. At Teleborg Health Centre, we have a unique way of working where we work closely together and collaborate with rehab personnel such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and talk therapists. Since last autumn, we have been actively working on reviewing patient contact points to reduce the number of calls in TeleQ for patients who already have contact with us. This will increase our availability and give us more time to meet our patients!

Job Description
We offer you a varied and developing job as a district nurse/registered nurse during a locum period at our health center.
In the role, you will work broadly within primary care. You combine work within specialist clinics/clinical pathways with more general tasks such as reception work, counseling, and appointment booking. The work involves a balance between specialist knowledge and a generalist perspective.

As part of the assignment, you also contribute to our on-call service, where we offer care to patients in the evenings and on weekends. The assignment is shared among several colleagues, and you will receive a structured introduction to feel secure in the role.
