Tasks and Responsibilities

Do you want to combine leadership with technical development while making a real difference in production?

As a Production Manager at Gnutti Carlo Group, you will have a key role where you lead and develop a team within CNC machining. Together, you ensure that our components meet the highest quality standards and meet the requirements of a global automotive industry.

You are responsible for creating the best conditions for people, machines, and results by:

• Leading, coaching, and developing teams within CNC machining
• Ensuring stable and efficient CNC production (turning, milling, etc.)
• Working closely with production engineering to optimize runs and setup times
• Driving improvement work according to LEAN and continuous improvement
• Monitoring OEE, quality, productivity, and cost
• Ensuring a safe and secure working environment
• Collaborating closely with production engineering, maintenance, and quality

You have overall responsibility for your CNC area – from daily operations to long-term development.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading in a technically advanced production environment and creating results through others.

Your profile:

• Is a clear and present leader who builds trust and engagement
• Has experience in leadership, preferably within CNC or cutting machining
• Has a good understanding of machine machining, production engineering, and flows
• Has experience working with efficiency, quality, and improvement work
• Is communicative and confident in both Swedish and English
• Has a genuine interest in people, technology, and development

Meritorious:

• Experience with automated production or robot solutions
• Previous work with OEE, SMED, or LEAN implementations
