Your daily life with us

Your main tasks within production involve monitoring the production process, ensuring that machines and equipment function correctly, and maintaining a clean and tidy production environment. Furthermore, the work includes identifying and resolving technical faults and contributing to continuous improvements of the production process.

As a process pool employee on the Evaporation, Milk Treatment, and Biogas departments, you will be trained in the processes of evaporation, milk treatment, and cheese making. The role involves supporting processes where the need is greatest, e.g., during peak workloads, short- or long-term absences. All types of shifts may occur (day, afternoon, night, weekends). The working hours are 36 hours per week.

As a food producer, Norrmejerier sets high demands on safety, quality, and hygiene, and you therefore have significant responsibility for ensuring the final result meets requirements regarding working environment, environment, hygiene, and food safety. You are thus an important part of our work with continuous improvements, large and small. The job involves working in a systematic and structured manner and contributing to developing the work on the department together with colleagues and production managers.

We are looking for you

You who apply have a completed upper secondary education. It is meritorious if you have previously worked in the process industry, preferably with pharmaceuticals or food, and if you have good knowledge of hygiene regulations within the food industry. Furthermore, IT skills are meritorious given that the work involves controlling many processes via OP-systems.

As a person, you are unpretentious and solution-focused even in unforeseen situations. Furthermore, we believe that you are structured and that you thrive with a job that involves varying tasks.
