The Eating Disorders Unit "Tornet" is a county-wide specialist unit within child and adolescent psychiatry in Dalarna, serving children and young people up to the age of 18. We assess and treat eating disorders and provide care and treatment to children and young people with eating disorder issues.

At Tornet, professionals such as psychologists, nurses, social workers, family therapists, dietitians, and doctors work in an interdisciplinary team with diverse expertise to help patients in the best possible way. We place great emphasis on good treatment and designing care according to the patient's needs. Treatment interventions can be offered individually or in groups, with a distinct child- and family-centered perspective where the child/young person is at the center of care. In addition to providing treatment, support, and help to individuals affected by eating disorders, support is also offered to relatives, as well as knowledge and information to those who encounter patients with eating disorders in their work. You will meet patients both individually and in groups for treatment and assessments.

For this position, there is an opportunity for part-time work as well as remote work.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian
• Experience within healthcare
• Experience in psychiatric care and treatment
• Experience working with people in crisis, preferably within eating disorder issues
