Job Description

As a specialist in general practice with us, you will have a varied and meaningful role where you investigate and treat patients during both planned and emergency visits.

We are looking for several specialists who want to work closely with different professions at the clinic and contribute to our continuous improvement and development work. Here you have the opportunity to influence working methods, develop in your professional role, and at the same time create long-term patient relationships.

Who are we looking for?

We welcome you who are trained specialists in general practice with experience from primary care.

You feel confident in your professional role and are curious and open to continuing to develop together with us. You have a holistic perspective where both the patient's needs and the development of the business are important.

Here you work with your own patient list, which gives you the opportunity to follow patients over time and create continuity. Good communication skills and a respectful approach towards patients and colleagues are central. We particularly value teamwork, sensitivity, and engagement.

What do we offer?

• A tight-knit team with good collaboration with additional professions such as healthcare administrators, nurses, district nurses, diabetes nurse, Mother and Child Health Center (MVC), Child Health Center (BVC), assistant nurses, occupational therapists, CBT therapists, and physiotherapists.
• The activity has approximately 11,200 registered patients.
• The majority of all registered patients have a designated responsible doctor.
