About the assignment

In this exciting consulting assignment, you will work in a security-cleared environment, which means you will undergo a thorough vetting process. This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia where you will work in the authority's premises in Umeå, Lycksele, Övik, and Skellefteå during office hours. The work is a full-time position, 100%, and consists of performing operational service as well as daily office operations. The assignment starts in October 2026 and runs until October 2027. This is a security-cleared assignment and requires a passed security clearance, including a security interview and background check.

Your responsibilities

Your duties are varied and include workplace service with a focus on creating a well-functioning and pleasant office environment. You are responsible for handling access cards, fault reports, and local technical support. The role also includes responsibility for company car and goods handling, administration, and collaboration with internal security organizations, property owners, and suppliers.

Your duties will also include:

• Orders for items such as coffee, paper, furniture

We also see that you are a person with a positive attitude and a strong sense of service.

Your qualifications

• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
• University degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field of competence.
• At least three (3) years of continuous work experience in the requested field of competence.
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance.

Meritorious

• Experience with small local projects such as room moves.
