Information about the position

Professionals Nord, in collaboration with ES Hydagent, is looking for a Technician. The assignment is part of our staffing service; you will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for 6 months. The intention is that you will eventually be hired directly by ES Hydagent, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

ES Hydagent in Umeå consists of approximately 10 employees, including 3 technicians who will be your closest colleagues. They now wish to expand the team and are therefore looking for another technician who values a good atmosphere and having fun, while also being meticulous in carrying out high-quality work.

Responsibilities

As a technician at ES Hydagent, you are offered a varied and practical daily routine. You work with production planning and are responsible for starting production by assembling and joining components into a finished product. The work also includes test runs, quality control, and handover to the warehouse. The role is characterized by close collaboration where the team helps each other across different tasks, creating a flexible and developmental work environment. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays between 07:00 and 16:00.

We are looking for someone who likes to screw and has a genuine interest in mechanics and hydraulics. It is an advantage if you have some form of hydraulic training and/or have worked as a technician, but this is not a requirement for the position. We also view it positively if you have a forklift license.

Therefore, we see that you are driven, take initiative, and work meticulously with a strong focus on quality. You have the ability to remain calm and prioritize even when the pace is high.
