BW Fritid is Northern Sweden's oldest and leading motorhome and caravan company, operated today as a modern family business with good profitability. Since our start in 1973, we have grown from zero to 160 million SEK in turnover. We are authorized dealers for motorhomes from Adria, Kabe, Knaus, Sun Living, Weinsberg, Ci, and Rollerteam, as well as caravans from Adria, Kabe, Knaus, and Weinsberg. In addition to new vehicles, we have a large used inventory containing all brands and price ranges. In 2023, we established a new full-service workshop in Vännäs to best meet our customers' demands. In the newly built 800 sqm facility, we perform all types of work, including warranty repairs, complaints, and insurance claims.

To our full-service workshop in Vännäs, we are now looking for another dedicated motorhome and caravan technician for service, troubleshooting, and repair. Your responsibilities

As a motorhome and caravan technician at BW Fritid, you are an important player in our workshop team. Your main tasks include servicing leisure vehicles, performing minor engine work, installing additional equipment such as TV antennas, solar panels, or bike racks, warranty work including troubleshooting, and insurance work. This can range from replacing small plastic parts to replacing entire walls.

As we are a relatively small workplace, it is natural that we help each other when needed. Some of your working hours may be spent at our delivery workshop in Umeå.

Your profile

To succeed in the role of technician at BW Fritid in Vännäs, you should have good experience in similar tasks, but most importantly, you must be handy and have a willingness to learn new things.

You will be working on our customers' "second homes," which requires precision, thoughtfulness, and care. You maintain good order and appreciate a clean and fresh workplace. We are proud of our fresh workshop and are keen to keep it in pristine condition.

BW Fritid should be perceived by everyone as pleasant and easy to deal with. Therefore, good teamwork skills, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset are important.

The motorhome and caravan industry is a seasonal business. This means you must enjoy working with a higher workload during the summer period and have the ability to increase the pace while maintaining quality.

We believe you have gained experience in service, assembly, repair, and troubleshooting in previous roles. Experience with vehicle electrics is an extra plus. You have at least a high school diploma, a B-driving license, and basic computer skills.
