With this in mind, the service technician who takes care of customers' turbines plays a vital role on the front line of our service agreements. In this role, you will work in an exciting industry as part of a team with dedicated colleagues.

We are currently looking for a Service Technician in Fredrika who will be part of a service team responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of wind turbines in the area. We are looking for you with a team-oriented attitude who enjoys working in a team.

Responsibilities

The role places high demands on accuracy and professionalism, as we are extremely keen that our service work is performed with the highest safety and quality. To carry out the tasks effectively, we believe you are a person with good knowledge of electricity or mechanics, who is service-oriented and business-minded.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of wind turbines in accordance with service agreements.
  • Customer contact with owners regarding upcoming service and clear reporting of actions taken.
  • Responsibility and management of the service vehicle, including its inventory.
  • Daily reporting and registration in our business system Salesforce (SAP).

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience or education in electricity or mechanics, as well as an interest in deepening knowledge in these areas, particularly electronics.
  • Good general computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of both Swedish and English (corporate language) in speech and writing.
  • Valid B-driver's license (without restrictions).
  • Previous experience as a Service Technician.

  • You have the ability to find solutions, are goal-oriented, and have a structured working style.
  • You are capable of performing tasks independently and show initiative.
  • You have a high level of safety awareness.
  • As work is performed at significant heights, good physical fitness is required.
  • The role involves travel with overnight stays for various further training courses as well as assistance in other areas. You have high flexibility regarding travel and working hours.

Additional Information

The position is based in Fredrika.

The role involves travel with overnight stays for various further training courses and assistance in other areas, which can amount to up to 50 travel days per year. Understanding regarding potential travel for educational purposes and working hours is important for this position.

A requirement for employment is that you pass the mast and pole certification, which consists of a stress ECG and a medical examination, conducted during the recruitment process.
