We are now looking for energetic and organized colleagues, primarily on a full-time basis, who have a "black belt" in both sales and customer support, as well as high technical competence. You should have at least 2 years of documented experience in sales and some form of technical support. You must have a pleasant customer service attitude, be a good team player, stress-resistant, punctual, independent, and honest – preferably with a sense of humor. We see you as a technically inclined salesperson and team leader with a strong interest in the latest technology and the sales process that leads to the goal. You will visit customers on-site when needed, but you will also work at Multitech handling visiting customers. You should be excellent at handling technical support questions, sales, and follow-up of already delivered equipment. You will also assist in our service center and, when necessary, perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of hardware and software, both at our office and at customer sites.

You will essentially become one of our sharpest spiders in the web. This job philosophy will provide a very varied and pleasant daily routine.

We would like you to have a B-driver's license and, above all, good experience in a similar position from previous roles.

Since the position involves written customer contacts and quote management via email and phone, it is important that you have the ability to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

We consider it highly advantageous if you have knowledge of:

  • Configuring and setting up Office 365 for corporate customers (including domains, migrating them, setting up Exchange email, and other corporate programs within the Office family).
  • Knowledge of cabling and configuring networks at customer sites.
  • Substantial sales and support experience.
  • Good knowledge and interest in the latest technology/hardware and how computers work.
  • Experience with marketing on social media such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Knowledge to handle Adobe software such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and more.
