Are you someone who sees the value in well-structured data and is driven by creating order, quality, and improvement? We are now looking for a Master Data Specialist to join our team in Örebro, eager to develop EuroMaint's work with master data. In this role, you will collaborate with several departments and contribute to ensuring high data quality and strengthened information security throughout the company.

About the Role

As a Master Data Specialist, you are responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing master data in our business system and databases. The role combines operational work with actively developing the department's working methods by improving processes and routines related to master data, as well as ensuring that data is handled in accordance with current procedures and policies.

You represent Supply Chain in various projects and work closely with other departments within EuroMaint, such as procurement, engineering, contracts, and production, to strengthen collaboration and ensure high data quality.

You also support users with questions regarding master data and conduct training initiatives when necessary. The role involves participating in system implementations, integrations, and change projects where master data is affected, as well as contributing to the continuous development of the company's data governance work.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in engineering, IT, systems science, or another relevant field.
  • Experience working with master data, business systems, or information management, preferably within industry/maintenance or similar. Familiarity with maintenance processes is a plus.
  • Very good system proficiency and analytical skills.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Location & Scope

Location: Örebro

Scope: Full-time

Start date: According to agreement

Working hours: Daytime, flexible hours

Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
