About the role

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing our work in testing and verification of embedded vehicle software in a complex technical environment.

You will:

• Lead the testing work, design test strategies and test plans.
• Define and further develop strategies for both manual and automated testing.
• Work with verification and validation.
• Ensure that our software meets both technical requirements and customer expectations.
• Integrate testing into continuous integration and delivery flows (CI/CD) to enable fast feedback, high traceability, and quality-assured releases.

Strengthen the quality culture and contribute to working methods regarding, for example:

• Clean Code.
• Static code analysis.
• Code reviews.
• Unit and integration tests.

Who you are

You have experience in testing and verification, preferably within vehicle software or vehicle-related systems, and have worked with or led testing work in complex system environments. You are passionate about quality and see testing as a central part of the development process. Furthermore, you thrive in a leadership role where you get to combine strategy and operational work.
