About the role

As an assembler at Cytiva, you work with the manufacturing of high-quality products used in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide. The work is largely performed in a cleanroom environment with high demands for precision and hygiene.

You work with assembly, control, testing, and packaging of products, spare parts, and accessories. You handle order documentation according to current procedures and contribute to high quality in the work.

In this role, you collaborate with colleagues and other departments and actively participate in improvement work regarding processes and working environment. Rotation between different departments may occur if needed.

Working hours are 07:00–16:00. Fixed-term employment between 2026-08-17 and 2026-12-30, with possible extension.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in a structured work environment. You enjoy practical work and have an eye for detail. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and are available for full-time work during day shifts or rotating shifts in Umeå.

We prefer that you have:

• Upper secondary education in technology
• Experience working in production, assembly, or warehousing
• Habit of following instructions and working with quality awareness
• Good teamwork skills
• Ability to work repetitively and with focus
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Computer literacy

The following are considered merits:

• Forklift license
• Technical education or background in manufacturing industry, especially assembly of instruments or precision mechanics, is highly meritorious.
