We are now looking for a Tech Lead for our integration team. This role is for you who want to combine technical depth with leadership, influence, and the opportunity to shape how we work with integrations moving forward.

As a Tech Lead within Integration, you are the technical guiding star of the team. You set the direction for the integration area, guide developers in technical decisions, and contribute actively to the development yourself. The role involves close collaboration with architects, product owners, and business units, where you help translate needs into sustainable and value-creating solutions.

• Leading and coaching developers in the team in their technical development

• Designing and implementing scalable integration solutions where APIs play a central part of the architecture

• Ensuring scalability, performance, and security in the integration platform

• Driving and further developing automation in build and deployment flows (CI/CD), including pipeline optimization, test automation, and release processes

• Driving technical guidelines, code standards, and best practices

• Ensuring safe and efficient use of modern development tools, such as AI tools

• Keeping the tech stack updated and ensuring solutions align with market trends and new frameworks

• Collaborating closely with product owners and the business to translate needs into sustainable technical solutions

• Contributing to roadmap planning, architecture discussions, and long-term technical initiatives

We are looking for you who have a strong technical drive and enjoy helping others succeed. You have likely worked with integration and system development for several years and feel confident making technical decisions. At the same time, you are curious, unpretentious, and enjoy sharing your knowledge.

You thrive at the intersection of technology and business and have the ability to see both the details and the big picture. You are just as interested in building the right solution as you are in understanding why it is needed.

For you, technical leadership is not just a title – it is something you demonstrate by creating direction, building trust, and helping the team develop.

• Several years of experience with integration and system development

• Experience with technologies such as REST, SOAP, event-driven architecture, Kafka, or similar

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and modern development methods

• Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services)

• Knowledge of security (OAuth2, TLS, etc.)

• Experience with agile working methods

• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills

• Experience in technical leadership or senior technical advisory in a development team

• Experience with MuleSoft and DataWeave

• Good understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Experience within DevSecOps

• Experience from energy, infrastructure, or other critical societal operations

• Experience with microservice architecture
