Norrlands Dragon Regiment K 4 in Arvidsjaur is a small regiment, which means closeness to everything, both within operations and among colleagues. Norrlands Dragon Regiment trains, develops, and leads scout units with qualified capability to operate deep within enemy formations in a sub-Arctic environment.

Your placement as a Material Administrator at Norrbotten's Dragon Regiment K 4 will be at the support section of the Norrland Scout Battalion Headquarters.

Main Responsibilities

As a Material Administrator, your main focus will be tasks related to the logistics area, with material services in focus. You will work with monitoring, processing, and reporting of material in the support systems PRIO (SAP) and LIFT. You will also coordinate and conduct material inventories and inspections.

You will support the preparation of background materials, reports, and lists. You will also make various types of orders and resolve other occurring tasks at the battalion headquarters. Recurring contact and collaboration with other units is a natural part of the work, as well as providing general administrative support to the battalion at different levels.

The Swedish Armed Forces are experiencing strong growth, and the tasks may develop over time.

You will participate in training activities.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Three-year upper secondary education (with approved final grades) or equivalent education/work experience that the employer deems relevant.
• Good knowledge of the components in MS Office.
• Good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English – both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B (manual).

Merits

• Previous service within the Swedish Armed Forces.

Employment Type: Permanent employment; the Swedish Armed Forces applies a six-month probation period for those not already employed by the authority.
