Blomsterfonden is a non-profit association working to ensure that elderly people have a secure home, professional care and support, and a meaningful daily life.

We run five senior housing facilities with vibrant social community, our own home care service, and four nursing homes where secure care is the focus. Our goal is to give older people a richer life – filled with community, care, and joy of life. Our work is guided by our ethical values: humanity, participation, clarity, and honesty.

The association was founded in 1921 by Alma Hedin. Under her leadership, a special spirit emerged – the Blomsterfonden spirit – which still characterizes our operations today. We continue Alma's legacy by cherishing what is at the core of every human life: seeing the individual's capacity, will, and emotional life.

Blomsterfonden also actively works to support relatives. We organize and participate in various forums to spread knowledge about the needs and living situations of the elderly.

Group Manager/Nurse for Saltsjösten, Nacka

Are you ready to change workplaces and become part of our wonderful team of group managers in our newly built nursing home in Saltsjösten, Nacka?

As a Group Manager/Nurse with us, you are responsible for nursing care and have overall responsibility for integration within the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) and the Social Services Act (SoL). You have personnel responsibility for your group and are responsible for employee leadership, working environment, and conducting development and salary interviews.

You report to the Operations Manager and sit on the local management team.

You will encounter both professional and personal challenges in a developing and educational environment where open dialogue and participation are a given.

Saltsjösten Nursing Home is located close to public transport.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, preferably with further education in dementia/geriatrics.
• Previous managerial experience of at least 3 years is required.
• Good communication skills and fluent in Swedish (spoken and written).
