Our vision is to become Sweden's best elderly care, a journey we have already begun. Our focus rests on three main pillars: The core team, a coordinating assistant nurse, and good leadership. Strandgården is a special housing facility beautifully located right by the sea, with nice walking paths and a fantastic swimming spot accessible to everyone. Strandgården consists of three units: one for cognitive impairment and two somatic units. There are 35 residents living at Strandgården, all of whom should be given the opportunity to live a good life. Our staff works around the clock to ensure this through a salutogenic approach. Strandgården operates as an intrapreneurship, and we have completely newly renovated and fresh premises.

Your responsibilities

In your work at Strandgården, you always put the resident's needs at the center, which means you are clear about your mission. In your care and nursing work, you will also conduct active quality work through documentation and continuous follow-up. You are responsible for creating an implementation plan together with the residents you are the contact person for, and together with your colleagues, you meet the residents' needs. Being an ambassador for your operations is something we actively work on at Strandgården and throughout the Elderly Care department.

As a night employee, you will have contact person responsibilities and be in charge of follow-ups and other tasks assigned to the night shift. We work with a 24/7 mindset where the entire day and night for the resident is of utmost importance.

About you

You are a trained assistant nurse with a genuine interest in people and their well-being. You thrive in meetings with others, enjoy working in a team, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment where we help each other and learn from one another.

With your commitment, care, and unpretentious attitude, you create security and quality in the care. You take responsibility for your work, are flexible, and see possibilities in everyday life – always with the residents' best interests in focus.

You work in a goal-oriented and structured manner, while your humanistic view of people permeates everything you do. For you, it is natural to meet every individual with respect, warmth, and professionalism.

We also see that you have good physical fitness and feel confident using digital tools in your work. Since the operations run around the clock, the position involves day, evening, and every other weekend shifts.
