Workshop Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a driven and organized Customer Service Representative for our caravan and motorhome workshop. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, be technically inclined, and interested in the field. You have a positive attitude and are service-oriented, with a mindset that everything can be solved. As the Customer Service Representative, you are the face of the company when customers need assistance.

Since the role involves partially independent work, it requires your ability to drive your work forward on your own initiative.

You should have experience from the industry, allowing you to make an initial assessment of the customer's problem as well as estimate costs and time required. The Customer Service Representative plays a central role, responsible for scheduling, delegating tasks, and providing feedback to the customer.

Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in the automotive industry is required, as good technical knowledge is needed to provide professional help. Experience with caravans and motorhomes is highly advantageous.

You should view this job long-term and have a strong desire to learn more and develop within the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer reception and booking of service jobs (via phone, email, and walk-ins).
• Work planning and pricing.
• Warranty handling and reporting to suppliers.
• Administrative tasks such as order processing and invoicing.
• Retail sales of spare parts and accessories.
• Motorhome rental (in cooperation with McRent) and delivery walkthroughs of vehicles we sell.

The position is full-time (daytime, Monday–Friday) primarily.

Requirements:

• Valid Category B driver's license (Category BE is an advantage).
• Previous experience in customer service within the automotive industry.
