RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher with us, you work pedagogically together with engaged colleagues in work teams to promote children's learning and development.

The work includes:

• Planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating teaching based on the curriculum.
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Being responsible for the care of children together with colleagues.
• Giving children the opportunity to explore, create, and reflect on new experiences.
• Maintaining close and ongoing cooperation with guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher or teacher for earlier years. Experience of working in preschool is meritorious.

We are looking for this person:

• Good empathetic ability and understanding of children's different needs.
• Ability to listen, encourage, stimulate, and challenge children's development.
• Accustomed to communicating, cooperating, and taking responsibility in daily work.
• Creative, engaged, and open to new ways of working.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
