Now we are looking for you who want to become part of Omexom's finance department in Umeå and contribute to developing our work within the group. You will be employed as a consultant through us at Clockwork with good opportunities for extension for the right person. The assignment is expected to start on October 1st and will last for at least 6 months. The role is part-time and covers at least 60%. It can be up to 80% depending on your experience.
Your Responsibilities
As a Finance Assistant at Omexom, your areas of responsibility will be numerous, but will primarily involve handling expense and travel accounts as well as accounts payable with all that entails, such as vendor setup, invoice processing, payments, reporting, reminders, and collection handling, etc. At Omexom, you will be an important actor in identifying, driving, and implementing improvement measures together with your colleagues in the team.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in similar tasks and a good understanding of the financial flow and processes. We believe you have a post-secondary education with a focus on economics, or alternatively a few years of corresponding documented work experience. We see it as an advantage if you have previously worked in a larger business system, preferably SAP. Furthermore, you also have good system and data skills, primarily in Excel. In the role of Finance Assistant at Omexom, it is important that you are engaged and look forward to going to work. The role involves a lot of contact with controllers, project managers, and unit managers. Therefore, we believe you are socially secure and a skilled communicator. You have the ability to work independently, but are also a team player when needed. Working with finance also requires that you are structured, meticulous, responsible, analytical, and efficient. In addition, we value that you have a non-hierarchical attitude and a service-oriented mindset. You master Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.
