You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and perhaps speak one or more other languages. Your tasks

We are currently looking for assistant nurses to join our team in Trelleborg. The main tasks as an assistant nurse at Abello Home Care include:

• Maintaining a professional attitude, meaning you always ensure high quality in care and interaction.
• Being flexible and development-oriented.
• Taking personal responsibility and having the ability to collaborate.
• Working independently with implementation plans.
• Working as a permanent care contact.
• Documenting daily in Lifecare and other documentation systems.
• Being the most important link. We work based on a contact person model where you, working with our customers, should make it easy to contact us, both for the customer and for relatives and others around the customer.

Your tasks include, among other things, personal care, hygiene, cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal assistance, transfers, medication delegation, and creating implementation plans.

This position involves "evening shifts," which means work in the afternoon/evening, as well as work in the afternoon/evening every other weekend.

Your profile/qualifications

• Licensed assistant nurse, please attach your protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Category B driver's license, but it is also good if you can cycle.
• Education in dementia/cognitive impairment, rehabilitation, or end-of-life care.
