Site Manager – Drive World-Class Maintenance Development
As a Site Manager with us, you will hold a key role where you lead people, technology, and development. You are responsible for driving and further developing maintenance work on-site – with a focus on safety, culture, quality, and technical availability.
You are inspired by developing both employees and operations, and are motivated by creating world-class maintenance. The role is broad, dynamic, and gives you great opportunities to influence operations – from operational delivery to strategic development and customer relations.
Quant is one of the leading global players in industrial maintenance with operations in several industries. For over 30 years, Quant has maintained and improved safety, productivity, and equipment performance for over 400 facilities worldwide. Quant has its headquarters in Stockholm and is a leading provider of professional industrial maintenance services with a global presence. We are located at approximately 50 facilities and have around 1,800 employees.
About the Role
At Quant, we work with modern, data-driven, and preventive maintenance to increase technical availability and efficiency in our customer's production facility.
We are now looking for a Site Manager who is passionate about continuous improvement, has a strong customer focus, and wants to drive safe, sustainable maintenance work.
As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for both delivery, results, and team development. You lead the operations through clear goals, visible leadership, and active work with culture, engagement, and employee satisfaction.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Drive and develop active safety and work environment work on-site.
- Drive development, modernization, and improvement projects for increased technical availability, efficiency, capacity, and safety.
- Be responsible for the site's economic and operational key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as follow up, analyze, and present results to the customer.
- Lead and develop operations according to the current maintenance agreement, and build strong customer relations through business acumen, clear communication, and measurable customer value.
- Build a positive, engaging, and inclusive team culture where safety, collaboration, responsibility, and participation are natural parts of everyday life.
- Lead, coach, and develop employees through clear goals, roles, and ways of working that strengthen competence, employee satisfaction, and the team's performance capability.
You lead a team of 12 employees consisting of both white-collar and blue-collar workers, including maintenance technicians, planners, and maintenance engineers.
You report to the Operations Manager Sweden and are part of a network of Site Managers where you jointly drive development and knowledge sharing. You will also have operational reporting directly to the customer.
About You
You are a confident and inspiring leader with experience in driving change and improvement work in an industrial environment. You have the ability to see the big picture, identify improvement potential, and turn ideas into results.
You lead through clarity, presence, and trust, and are driven by developing both people and operations. By creating engagement, participation, and good relationships, you build a secure, learning, and performance-oriented team where employees feel responsibility, pride, and the opportunity to influence.
We believe that you:
- Have documented experience in leadership and change management.
- Are results-oriented and comfortable making decisions.
- Have a strong customer focus and business understanding.
- Are proactive and accustomed to driving development.
A technical interest is a great advantage, as is experience from maintenance or industrial operations. We expect you to have competence in CMMS.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, have good computer skills, and experience with maintenance systems. You also work confidently in Excel and PowerPoint.
A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
What We Offer
With us, you get a central role in a modern and forward-looking maintenance operation. You become part of an engaged team in a company characterized by development, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit.
We offer:
- A varied and developmental role with significant personal responsibility.
- The opportunity to influence and drive change.
- A strong focus on safety and a sustainable work environment.
- Benefits such as gym subsidies, insurance, and discounts.
At Quant, safety is always the highest priority – we give you the best conditions to perform your work safely and professionally.
