About the Role

• You will be the technical hub for mechatronics within mechanics, electronics, and software.
• You will work on the development of advanced safety systems for vehicles.
• You are responsible for function, performance, quality, cost, and delivery.
• You collaborate closely with various functions and suppliers.

What You Will Do

• Define and manage system requirements, functional logic, and performance goals.
• Ensure robust system behavior regarding EMC, electrical behavior, and failure modes.
• Monitor suppliers' schedules, quality, and technical deliveries.
• Drive deviations, improvements, and follow-up in daily work.
• Contribute to the development of safe and sustainable solutions.

We Are Looking For Someone With

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of how mechanics, electronics, and software interact.
• Experience in product development, preferably within the automotive industry or safety-critical systems.
• Ability to work in a structured manner and drive projects forward.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
