Do you want to take your full-stack development expertise to the next level? We are looking for a senior developer with extensive experience in Java and modern frontend frameworks who wants to build tomorrow's digital solutions together with us at Accelerate.

About the role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer specializing in Java, you will be a key player in developing stable, modern, and scalable applications. You will contribute both technical expertise and an agile mindset to projects that make a difference.

You will work with backend logic in Java and Spring Boot, as well as modern frontend frameworks like React and Angular. You will collaborate closely with DevOps and be comfortable with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud environments.

Examples of what you will do in your consulting assignment:

• Develop and maintain microservice-based backend solutions in Java/Spring Boot.
• Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or similar technologies.
• Work with databases such as MySQL and Oracle DB.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and delivery.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for container management and orchestration.
• Participate in architecture and design decisions and mentor junior colleagues.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with deep expertise in Java and experience with modern web technologies. You are solution-oriented, enjoy working closely with the business, and have an eye for both technology and user value. You hold an academic degree in systems development, web development, or a related field.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Swedish citizenship is required for this position, and we conduct background checks on final candidates.

We believe you have experience with some of the following:

• Java, Spring Boot.
• TypeScript/JavaScript.
• React, Angular, or similar.
• MySQL, Oracle DB.
• CI/CD tools.
• Docker and Kubernetes.

Extra plus if you have:

• Experience with cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with test automation and TDD.
• Certifications in Java or cloud platforms.
• Experience in system architecture or a technical leadership role.

Location
Accelerate has offices in several locations in Sweden and Norway. For this position, you will be based at our office in Gothenburg, with the possibility of hybrid work.
