You have at least five (5) years of experience in project management, an interest in leading and inspiring others, and a desire to further develop together with our knowledgeable team within road, street, and ground engineering in Sweden. Click "Apply now" and we will continue the dialogue!

Your main responsibilities

• Lead road, street, and ground projects in both larger and smaller assignments
• Coordinate the work with the preparation of AMA descriptions
• Prepare construction documents and tender documents
• Contribute to the continuous development of the unit's working methods and digital solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues and specialists both nationally and internationally

• Have post-secondary education related to construction and civil engineering
• Have experience from the construction, road, or civil engineering industry
• Have a strong commitment to sustainability and sustainable societal development
• Are curious about digitalization and how new technology can create value for our customers
• Are business-minded and have a natural ability to build long-term and trusting relationships
• Have the ability to collaborate across boundaries – both between technical areas and internationally
• Have very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages, such as German, is an advantage.
• Have the ability to work in international and multidisciplinary environments
