You have at least five (5) years of experience in project management, an interest in leading and inspiring others, and a desire to further develop together with our knowledgeable team within road, street, and ground engineering in Sweden. Click "Apply now" and we will continue the dialogue!
Your main responsibilities
- Lead road, street, and ground projects in both larger and smaller assignments
- Coordinate the work with the preparation of AMA descriptions
- Prepare construction documents and tender documents
- Contribute to the continuous development of the unit's working methods and digital solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues and specialists both nationally and internationally

- Have post-secondary education related to construction and civil engineering
- Have experience from the construction, road, or civil engineering industry
- Have a strong commitment to sustainability and sustainable societal development
- Are curious about digitalization and how new technology can create value for our customers
- Are business-minded and have a natural ability to build long-term and trusting relationships
- Have the ability to collaborate across boundaries – both between technical areas and internationally
- Have very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages, such as German, is an advantage.
- Have the ability to work in international and multidisciplinary environments
