We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with a leading international medical technology company in Uppsala, starting August 24th. Here you will have the opportunity to lead business-critical facility and engineering projects in a technically advanced and regulatorily controlled production environment.

About the assignment

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for driving and coordinating facility projects from planning to final delivery. The main focus of the assignment is to lead a comprehensive project within water quality and water supply, while also supporting other ongoing and upcoming facility projects.

You will work closely with technical specialists, contractors, and operations to ensure that projects are carried out according to set goals, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive facility and engineering projects from start to finish
• Be responsible for projects related to water production and water purification systems
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on smaller construction and renovation projects
• Ensure correct project documentation and conduct risk assessments
• Be responsible for project budget, schedule, and deliveries
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, and external suppliers
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to quality requirements and established processes

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience in project management within engineering, facility management, or technical projects
• Experience with water production and/or water purification systems
• Knowledge of validation in medical technology production according to ISO 13485
• Experience in construction, renovation, or technical facility projects
• Good understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Higher Education Engineering, or other relevant technical education

Meritorious

• Experience working in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry
• Experience in regulatorily controlled production environments
• Experience working according to established corporate processes in larger international organizations
