We are now looking for consultants for an exciting assignment at Trafikverket (Swedish Transport Administration) within business support for maintenance systems and documentation. This is a full-time consulting assignment with a base location in Gothenburg.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork. You will work in Trafikverket's buyer organization handling maintenance data, infrastructure information, and technical documentation for road and railway facilities. The work is carried out in close cooperation with Trafikverket's asset managers, receiving organization, and system administration.

You will become part of an assignment team working with Trafikverket's maintenance system IBM Maximo (GUS) and the document management system Chaos. The assignment includes handling incoming cases, quality assurance of infrastructure information, documentation, as well as support for operations and investment projects.

Responsibilities

The assignment is divided into two sub-contracts:

Sub-contract 1 – Data Coordination

In this role, you will work among other things with:

• Handling incoming cases in Trafikverket's business inbox.
• Quality assurance and loading of infrastructure information into IBM Maximo and Chaos.
• Handling component setting according to Trafikverket's regulations.
• Supporting investment projects and receiving coordinators during handover to maintenance.
• Answering technical questions and providing user support within Maximo.
• Participating in testing of new features and updates in the system.
• Handling condition assessments, system hierarchies, and technical system IDs.

Sub-contract 2 – Drawing Management

In this role, you will work among other things with:

• Updating and redrawing drawings in AutoCAD.
• Registering and handling documents in Chaos.
• Linking documents to components in Maximo.
• Quality assurance of documentation prior to handover from investment projects.
• Handling and moving documentation between different databases.
• Supporting operations with infrastructure documentation.

Requirements

Sub-contract 1 – Data Coordination (Mandatory Requirements)

• At least 3 years of experience with IBM Maximo.
• At least 1 year of experience with Adtollo Chaos or equivalent document management system.
• Experience with technical regulations.
• Experience with coding systems for infrastructure.

Sub-contract 2 – Drawing Management (Mandatory Requirements)

• At least 1 year of experience with AutoCAD.
• At least 1 year of experience with Adtollo Chaos or equivalent system.
• Experience with digital drawing management and redrawing.
• Experience with document management in digital drawing databases.

Other

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is required.
