Seemly Construction & Property continues to grow in Stockholm and Uppsala. We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants to drive qualified construction and property projects while also helping to develop the business in the region.

You will become an important part of our team and work closely with clients, commissioners, and partners in some of the industry's most interesting construction and property projects. The projects will vary depending on your experience and the assignments we drive together with our clients.

• Project management through all project phases
• Control of time, economy, and quality
• Risk management and follow-up
• Strategic and operational support to clients and commissioners
• Bid preparation
• Development of client relationships and new assignments

Here you will meet engaged colleagues, short decision-making paths, and an inclusive culture. You will be given great trust, work with your own responsibility, and report to the Regional Manager.

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Stockholm or Uppsala. Start date according to agreement.

You have extensive experience from similar roles within the construction, installation, or property industry.

You thrive taking responsibility, working in a structured manner, and driving projects forward. You communicate clearly, collaborate well, and build trust with clients, colleagues, and partners.

You enjoy interacting with new people and see opportunities in meetings, both when it comes to developing assignments and creating new ones. With us, you get to be part of the building process, and in this role, it also means contributing to the business.
